Office Policies


Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours. During the COVID-19 pandemic we offer both in-office and telemedicine appointments. Please discuss your needs with our staff – we can help you determine which appointment is right for you. 

To minimize exposure we have closed our check out desks.  You can expect a call from a member of our staff following your appointment. During the call we will schedule your next appointment, coordinate care and collect your patient balance, co-pay or co-insurance. Please see other payment options below.

After Hours & Emergency Care

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Please contact our answering service at 703.558.0884 if you are experiencing a non-life-threatening emergency or if you are in labor. Please note that any GYN related matters requiring a prescription from our on-call physicians may result in a $30.00 fee.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.


To minimize contact during the COVID-19 pandemic we will give all patients with balances and co-payments a statement at check-in. Payment can be made on this website using the payment tab or you can call us by phone to make payment. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. You may also mail your payment. Please contact our billing office should you have any questions or concerns related to your bill or charges for services rendered.
